There are many variations - you can throw in some frozen strawberries
and make strawberry-banana combo. Or just make all strawberries or all
blueberries. What ever combo appeals to you. Peach and mango are usually quite
soothing. Just add approximately 1 1/2 cups of any fruit you like. You can also substitute
1 1/2 cups almond milk for a creamier texture instead of the coconut water, or
even a combo of 1/2 coco water and 1/2 almond milk. Hemp seeds
can be added 1-2T. These are great and have a slightly nutty flavor and are
extremely high in protein, sold in most health food stores and no, they don't
get you stoned. :-) Don't be afraid to experiment with the ingredients.
